Data controller

What data we collect
Through the contact form or by email we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message and the documents you send. Documents may contain personal data such as a date of birth or personal code.
Why we use it
We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and fulfil your order. The legal basis is your consent, steps taken before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We share data only as far as needed to fulfil the order: with translators, notaries, authorities and couriers. Email is handled with Google Workspace, and the website is hosted on Infomaniak servers.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to an order are kept for no longer than 12 months. Order documents are kept as long as accounting and other legal rules require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
